Red Cherry False Eyelashes | FalseEyeLashes.co.uk

The one thing I cannot live without in my makeup routine is false eyelashes. My face just isn’t complete without it. I wear lashes most days and I was so excited to try out the Red Cherry range available from FalseEyelashes.co.uk.

Red Cherry Lashes (23)

Red Cherry eyelashes was born in LA and they have a huge range of styles to choose from as well a big celebrity following. The high quality lashes are all handmade using 100% human hair. Considering they are handmade, the lashes are incredible value for money at just £3.99 per pair! Every order comes with free First class delivery so this is even more of a reason to buy some! Who doesn’t love free delivery?

The first thing I noticed straight away is how lightweight they feel on. The band across the lash strip is thin, wearable and doesn’t irritate my eyes in anyway. I’ve been living in these lashes for the last two months and I am in love. Believe me when I rate something highly, you will know about it! This is definitely one those products. I am a contact lense wearer and I do have very sensitive eyes. The smallest thing makes them water, but the lashes from this range are totally wearable and contact lense friendly for me.

The three styles in particular that caught my eye were Chakra, Berkeley and Giovanna. I’ve been wearing Berkeley over the course of the last few months now and I’m around 15 wears down. The lashes are still going pretty strong and I wouldn’t be surprised if they last me at least another month.

I love to add some drama to my makeup and Chakra helps me to capture that perfectly. There is a gradual volume in the design which adds some major definition to the eye and I just love the way it makes my eyes pop. The design works its way through from the base to tip to reveal fuller lashes. I absolutely love the wispy layers at the ends because they just give it that wow factor!

Here’s how it looked on me:

Berkeley (#605)

For something a little more subtle yet still adding definition and drama, Berkeley is your pair. These lashes are quite unique and different to anything I’ve seen before. The shorter length makes them quite unique and adds a depth of wearable drama. These also have wispy ends (which I just love in case you can’t tell!) and the texture feels so realistic – just like real lashes! These have been serving me from day to night and I am going to be stocking up a lot more on this design.

Giovanna (#304)

This choppy yet dramatic design are my night lashes for an extravagant event! Giovanna has major drama and volume and if you want that bold and beautiful look, these are the ones for you. I like to look edgy and venture over to the dark side sometimes, especially with a smokey eye look.

Funny Story

I am pleased to report that Cherry lashes are gym friendly! I had a few unplanned instances where I ended up at the gym in a full face of makeup and the lashes stayed in place. Now there’s story if you ever heard one! They didn’t even lift!

Top Tips

The lashes are best applied using my favourite Duo Glue and my top tip is, after each use to remove any excess glue from the band after use to prolong the life of your lashes. I tend to soak my lashes once a week in Micellar water too and this really just helps them to come back to life again and look brand new. The Micellar water will work to remove any excess makeup and mascara.

Always apply the Duo Glue using a cotton bud – this will ensure a clean cut line and give you neat application. I like to store my lashes in a lash case to keep their shape and it means my lashes are kept away from any dirt or dust.

I know some people are too scared to apply false lashes, but honestly it’s one of the favourite parts of my routine seeing my makeup come together. The lashes complete the final look and really make my eyes stand out.

Some lashes you’ll find the band is too long and they’ll need cutting. Red Cherry lashes fit my eye shape perfectly.

I really felt like I had the LA look nailed down to a T thanks to these lashes. Buy yours right here.

Which ones do you like the look of?
