Ok, so I have to quickly flag up a new collection that’s just hit Superdrug. It’s called the Brush Crush collection by Real Techniques and it’s limited edition. I’m assuming it’s for the holidays and it looks perfect for it too.
My favourite brush brand have jumped on the rainbow/unicorn bandwagon and I couldn’t be more pleased. I really like the brushes from all their collections and find them so affordable and easy to work with.
There are a total of 6 brushes in the collection, I picked up 3 of them and as soon as I received my order, I immediately ordered the remainder because I love them so much! I got mine on offer 3 for 2, and I simply had to pick up the rest as it’s too good of an offer to miss!
- Brush Crush V1 300 Powder
- Brush Crush V1 301 Complexion
- Brush Crush V1 302 Blush
I opted initially for the face brushes since I like to use a lot of prodcts on my base in the weekdays as opposed to my eyes and I was very happy with my choices. I would class these as the high end brushes by Real Techniques, purely because they are much heavier and fluffier in comparison.
I’m so impressed with the bristles and they are comparible to the Bold Metals Collection but much more fluffier in my opinon.
If you’re not into ‘pretty’ brushes these may not necessarily be for you, but let me tell you they perform well. If you’re a huge fan of Instagram, these will make the perfect picture accessory too!

The bristles have a Pink/Purple ombre effect which matches the handle. The handles are solid Pink or Purple and although they are glitter, they have a gloss finish coating which means they feel smooth to the touch. I really like the design and style of these and it’s a fun way to update their range.
You can use the face brushes to complete your look, layer and even use with liquid products. As I always say there are so many uses for a makeup brush. You don’t have to use it for one thing.
You can purchase the Brush Crush collection right here and prices start from just £9.99. These are on offer right now so you can buy them as 3 for 2. Do you like the look of these brushes? Let me know if they’re on your list!
