CND Vinylux Wild Earth Collection

Now that my acrylics are finally off, I can finally start enjoying wearing polish. I have tried a few shades from CND before and I’ve been impressed with how long lasting the formula is. The latest Collection is called Wild Earth and there’s creamy earthy tones with pops of colour for the colder months. There’s six shades in total, and I have four of them to share with you.

Shades

  • Arrowhead: A Creamy Earth
  • Brimstone: Beige Neutral
  • Element: Warm, soft Red
  • Dreamcatcher: Rich, Dusky Purple

There shade range for Winter is simple glossy and striking. I like how the polish settles quite quickly and takes little drying time. The transition of having acrylics to my actual nails is so nice because I can now change my nail colour as often as I like. Brimstone and Elegant are probably my two favourite colours. I usually save the more brighter and whackier shades for my feet, When it comes to my hands, I prefer to stick to warm neutral tones.

Application is very easy and that’s because CND polishes uses a innovative ergonomic brush and unique caring complex. The Italian-designed brush allows for smooth and easy application and the infusion of keratin, jojoba oil and vitamin E, keep natural nails hydrated and flexible.  I didn’t need to overcoat my nails too much. One or two coats is enough depending on how much intensity in colour you want. For the Beige colour, you may want to add a third, but I don’t feel this is all that necessary. As I mentioned, the colour dries pretty quickly and you can be done fast if you’re in a rush. If you want long lasting colour, then I highly recommend this brand of polish as it’s chip resistant up to a week which is amazing!

Have you tried anything from CND before? The range is available to buy online right now and prices start from £6.95.
