The one item always in my toiletrie bag is a tweezer. It’s something I always need because I like to keep my brows in shape, especially when filling them in. I’ve never really been fussed about what kind of tweezer I used until I started using the Rubis range. It changed the way, and how often I clean up my arm and also the way in which I tweeze.
Rubis have been manufacturing tweezers for over 60 years in Switzerland, and they use a special 45 step process which gets right down to the mechanics of how the product is made. Each tweezer is cleverly made by hand, to the highest of standards and is tested over and over again with a magnifying glass. It sounds pretty impressive right?
Swiss Made Slant Tweezers
Each tweezer is made from stainless steel, constructed in Switzerland, and totally rust and acid proof. The Silver tone is sand blasted to reach the most metallic of finishes and uses high quality surguical steel precision tip. I didn’t think it was this possible to for so much effort to go into one tweezer, but now I have this in my life, it’s all I will ever use.
The Rubis tweezer is a high end luxury product. It plucks individual hairs with great precision and really takes half the time it would compared to a standard tweezer. When using it, keep in mind these two tips – 1) You must grip the hair as close to thr root as you can and 2) The hair must be pulled at the same angle as your hair growth for quick and pain free removal.
It is on the dearer side, with prices starting from £22, but it’s worth every penny.
